She was born July 27, 1947 in Ross, Calif., to Jack Barton and Norma Jeanette (Abbott) Wenger.
She moved from Vallejo, Calif., to Sweet Home in 2004. She was an IT specialist who loved traveling, sailing and entertaining.
She had a special spirit, touching people everywhere.
