Frank Robert Eckles, 84, of Foster, died March 21, 2011, at Lebanon Rehab.
He was born Oct. 3, 1926 in Whittier, Calif., the son of Carleton H. and Mabel L. (Dix) Eckles.
Mr. Eckles served in the Philippines and Japan during World War II, before returning to California, where he married his high school sweetheart, Joyce Elene Lane, to whom he was married for 54 years. He worked…
