Mary L. Hall, 58, of Cascadia, died June 24, 2007 at the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis.
She was born Nov. 29, 1948 in Glen Ridge, N.J., the daughter of Albert and Loretta (Fastnacht) Blunt. She lived near Bloomfield, N.J. throughout her childhood where she attended and completed her schooling.
She moved to Portland in 1976. She lived in Salem, Oregon from 1983 until moving to the Sweet Home area in 1993. She has lived in the Sweet Home and Cascadia areas since 1993.
She was married to Richard Hall in Vancouver, Wash. on May 24, 1981.
Mrs. Hall enjoyed walking and going for drives in the country, making jewelry and crafts and feeding and baking for family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Richard of Cascadia; sons, Ricky VanOrden of Elmwood Park, N.J. and James VanOrden of Salem; daughter, Doreen Looney of Sweet Home; brother, John Blunt of New Jersey; sister, Loretta Blunt of Monroe (Twp) New Jersey; and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Blunt.
A memorial service was held at the Cascadia Bible Church at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 30.
