Terrence “Terry” Ernest Neilsen, 42, of Lebanon, died June 16, 2007 at his home.
He was born Feb. 21, 1965 in Palo Alto, Calif. He moved to Lebanon as a child and attended Hamilton Creek School before moving to Washington, where he graduated from Kentridge High School in Renton.
