Ray Cantrell, 85, of Sweet Home died Aug. 2, 2006 at Wiley Creek Community.
He was born in Leach, Okla., to James W. and Christina (Gordan) Cantrell. He moved to Oregon in 1940 and shortly after he entered the Army Air Force, serving in England and France.
Mr. Cantrell married Marie Simpson in 1946 in Silverton and moved to Sweet Home in 1948. They later divorced. He married…
