Adella Lucille Goertzen, 75, of Sweet Home, died Thursday, Dec. 15, 2005. She was born in Kansas City, Mo. to John P. and Anna (Loewen) Winter.
At age 11 Adella accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior. She was baptized into the Mennonite Brethren Church at age 12. She married Merle Goertzen Aug. 3, 1948 in the Mennonite Church in Hillsboro, Kan.
They worked together on their farm in Nebraska until 1978.…
