Manipulation of language a danger

Editor:

“Political Correctness (PC) is language fascism pretending to be manners.”  (George Carlin)

People use words to express thoughts. Language fascism (tyranny) controls the words people can say. When PC’ers cut back the words we can say, they downgrade our thinking.

A non-thinking population will easily cry “Heil!” or follow a leader thoughtlessly. Critical Theory is the inner logic of all language fascism. Godless, it elevates the state as supreme. It instigates changes in nations’ social structures by force – using language to make it so.

Free societies, on the other hand, create debate opportunities. America’s founders expected all Americans to have liberty to think and speak freely.

They provided for and secured these liberties with the First Amendment, stating, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances” (using words to do so).

Critical (race) Theory is PC on steroids. Atheistic, it insists people worship the state, which is “the march of God through the world,” in the words of Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel.

In 2020, Americans have been violently confronted with invasive demands that we all bow down to chaotic, collective ideas, language and actions of destructive confusion. This destructive language-controlling violent tyranny will not cease until they are stopped. In opposition, may we all instead think and speak with liberty and justice for all – so help us, God.
