Transvestites and accommodations for them has been very much in the news lately.
I understand the problem and sympathize with it. Regardless of the gender which individuals assign themselves sexually, they can never completely assume the role in society which they have chosen. They simply lack the required equipment.
In fact, what they have done is created a third (or perhaps, two more) sexes.
To accommodate the situation I recommend the construction of another (or two more) equal facilities.
This is fair to all and should satisfy all.
