I was so pleased to see Dr. Dowling honored by the Sweet Home Chamber Banquet. He is so deserving.
I also wanted to compliment Rich Rowley on his wonderful, courageous letter (March 14). I hope we have a few more on the City Council with such good insight and wisdom.
