Regarding the article entitled: “Yes, Meth Addicts Can Recover” (April 5), I read some interesting information, but I must comment on the phrase “Most news stories link meth use to criminality…most meth addicts are not criminals.”
Those of us who recognize and acknowledge this link shouldn’t have to explain controlled substance possession laws to the Oregon DHS employees who wrote this article.
