I just wonder who is responsible for not resurfacing that wretched one mile called Holley Road??!! Last year, I contacted ODOT who blamed Sweet Home City. Everyone pays taxes to both ODOT and Sweet Home City to take care of these things, and yet, here we are about 10 years after ODOTresurfaced 228, Holley Road is still the same crumbling road.
Someone needs to step up to the plate and get the job done.…
