Affirmative action is the biggest insult you could heap on any one.
Telling someone, no matter what the color of their skin, that they cannot make it in to a college or university, based on their own merit, is not only pre-judging them because of their color, but it is also insulting them to the ninth degree. To insist that your application will not be considered until I see the color of your skin is racist and discriminatory.
No matter what your color, you should be accepted on your willingness to learn, your own merit and intelligence. To assume that just because you are of a certain ethnic background, you are not smart enough or good enough to gain acceptance is the biggest insult of all.
