In answer to Kim Lawrence’s statement about the city Police Department, the county Sheriff’s Office and the Sweet Home Fire and Ambulance District, I for one am proud of her. She was very complimentary of two out of three of the departments.
To me this shows she is getting better acquainted with the fine people in these various areas and is coming around to appreciate and respect them, like the majority of us in this community do.
I also believe that as she gets better acquainted with the Police Department, she will begin to feel that we are blessed to have as fine a Police Department as any town or city in Oregon.
I feel that Kim Lawrence is beginning to realize that minds and parachutes are similar. They both work better when open.
Kim, I think you are making progress. Two out of three is coming around! If you need number three, I am sure they will also be there to help you. They will be prompt, professional and efficient.
