Regarding the upcoming primary election for the police and library levies on May 16, the tax assessors have made an assessed value of the average property for homes in Sweet Home, approximately $66,000, including improved and unimproved properties.
This does not give the true value of individual-occupied homes, which, looking at real estate in Sweet Home runs from $100,000 to $500,000; and I believe this is being conservative.
