Sweet Home volleyball players drill during daily doubles Wednesday, Aug. 21, in the Main Gym. The Huskies, who won the league title last year with an undefeated record in the Oregon West Conference, host Marist, Corbett and North Marion in a jamboree at home starting at noon Thursday, Aug. 29. They will then host Tillamook on Sept. 3. A full round-up on the team will be included in the The New Era’s Fall Sports Preview to be published in the Sept. 4 edition, next week.
