Back-to-back wrestling tournaments were exactly what the doctor ordered, Coach Steve Thorpe said after the Huskies swept their opponents at the Weisbrodt Invitational in Lebanon Friday, Dec. 15, then followed that up with a 4-1 performance at the Thurston Tournament Saturday.
Both were dual meet-format tournaments, pitting Sweet Home against other teams in standard team competition.
The Huskies’ only loss was 47-27 to Thurston, a 5A Division power.
