Sweet Home’s full team hit the water Thursday, Dec. 7, at the Philomath Relays, a nonscoring meet that, Coach Doug Peargin said, “gives our swimmers a chance to compete in at least three events each.”
The entire meet is relays, including a co-ed race at the end. Teams that competed, in addition to the hosts and Sweet Home, were Newport, Stayton, Taft and North Marion.
