The Huskies lost their game against Stayton 83-69 at home on Jan. 14 after leading most of the game by about 10 points. About halfway through the fourth quarter, Stayton rallied and caught up to the Huskies and in less than a minute leaped ahead by eight, with just 2:16 left on the clock. The Huskies were scheduled to play at Junction City to open league play Tuesday night. They travel to Sisters Friday and then host Cottage Grove on Jan. 28.
