Gabe Kauffman received the most outstanding player award during the Huskies boys basketball dessert held last week.
He also received the defensive player of the year award.
The hustle award went to Colton Emmert and Ryan Graville.
Emmert also received the award for most inspirational and the free-throw award. Graville also received the Felix Wilkerson Sportsmanship Award.
Dustin Hay received the coach’s award. Jerad Olsen received the team’s over-achievement award, and Levi Marchbanks received the sixth man award.
On junior varsity, Gavin Kauffman received the most outstanding player award. Tanner Erickson received most improved. Brent Moyer received the defensive player of the year award, and Drew Emmert received the coach’s award.
On the freshman squad, most outstanding honor went to Alex Santana. Tyler Mengore and Brandon Courteau received the most improved award. Chris Webb won the free throw award, and Cody Daniels received the defensive player of the year.
Receiving their third-year letters in basketball were Gabe Kauffman and Colton Emmert.
Receiving second-year letters were Hay, Graville and Josh Riggs.
First-year letter winners were Brandon Oswalt, Moyer, Coleman, Zane Wise, Drew Emmert, Olsen and Marchbanks.
