The Huskies lost a key game on Oct. 2 to Taft on the road, losing 25-12 and 25-17, winning 25-23 and then losing 25-18.
“We needed to win that one really badly,” Coach Debbie Danielson said. Taft played well, with a slow-paced style that again was hard to overcome.
“So that was a bummer,” she said. “That kind of hurts as far as playoffs…
