The fourth annual TruWest Oregon Open Water water polo tournament at Foster Lake may not have been bigger, but it was better than ever, according to director Steve Sessa.
The event drew 31 teams of 15 athletes each, plus coaches and parents, from California to British Columbia. They camped at Lewis Creek Park under a special arrangement with the County Parks Department.
