A five-some of Jerry Ekleberry, Jim Morgan, Del Butler, Tom Summer and Terry Masters won the Howard Drago Memorial Golf Tournament on June 13 at Pineway Golf Course. The 18-hole tournament attracted 52 golfers who raised nearly $3,000 for Elks projects beneifiting local youths. They include the Americanism Essay Contest, the Hoop Shoot Free Throw Contest, eye care, drug awareness, a back-to-school event and the high school SAFE party, Christmas gifts, scholarships and much more.
