The dancers placed sixth at state in the 4A small division at state on Saturday at the Memorial Coliseum. They finished with 63.14 points. First place was Crook County at 85.69 points. Second was Astoria at 76.03, and Molalla was third at 68.17 points. They danced to upbeat rock music. This year’s team included Crystal Crites, Leticia Virgen, Cathy Cheshire, Andrea Wilcox, Cassie Rodriguez, Caimona Nohrenberg, Faith Black, Kaylee Dougherty, Ashlyn Holley, Kiesha Goble, Jackkie Ohmer, Maddee Hawken and Tonya Cook.
