Dear Editor,
I was disgusted to read in last week’s New Era that OSHA had fined Sugar Vibes nearly $9,000
for not forcing its employees to wear masks that supposedly prevent the spread of Covid 19. The
fines and penalties eventually added up to over $11,000, a huge sum for a small business to pay.
The imposition of such a fine is outrageously unjust.
