The Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments is seeing increased activity in its small business loan program, Executive Director Ryan Vogt told the Linn County Board of Commissioners during its July 9 meeting.
Vogt said that in recent years the program has made about one loan per year, but so far this year there have been seven loans, including four in Sweet Home.
