The subject of a three-week manhunt, Jerry Macomber, 27, was nabbed in Medford after a gun battle with police. He is the accomplice of Ted Nichols, who was arrested for three burglaries in Linn County. It was believed Macomber was hiding out in Linn County forests when he stole a car from the Santiam Cabins, and was spotted in Quartzville, at Sunnyside School and in Bates Park. The pair were wanted…
