12:54 a.m. – Eric William Kauth, 36, arrested for criminal trespass II after reporting that he was unable to find his belongings at Quarry Park, 3101 Zelkova St. City parks close an hour after sunset. Cited and released.
2:23 p.m. – Crash reported in area of Quartzville Rd./Old Hufford Dr. Non-injury. Further details not available at press time. Report taken.
1:02 p.m. – Caller reported tires slashed in 700 block 27th Ave. Officer responded, report taken for second-degree criminal mischief.
6:10 p.m. – Caller reported theft of beer from Foster Lake Market, 5401 Main St. Report taken for theft III. Loss valued at $5.
July 19
12:54 a.m. – Single-vehicle crash reported in 50400 block Quartzville Rd. According to LCSO, driver of Chevy HHR lost control and rolled off the side of the road. One passenger was transported for back pain. Report was unclear as to who was driving.
9:30 a.m. – Kelly Duane Kearns, 53, arrested on SHMC warrant for FTA in theft and concealed weapons cases, Sankey Park, 877 14th Ave. Cited and released.
9:37 a.m. – Morgan Lee Belcher, 31, arrested on SHMC warrant for FTC in theft case, 4800 block Main St. Cited and released.
11:31 a.m. – Death investigation in 1000 block 26th Ave. Report taken.
6:55 p.m. – LCSO, Sweet Home Fire assisted in retrieving individuals from ponds at Quarry Park, 3101 Zelkova.
July 18
8:28 a.m. – Cody Michael Lobdell, 29, arrested by LCSO on SHMD warrant for FTC in theft case. Cited to appear Aug. 13.
10:00 a.m. – James Wood, 40, of Sweet Home, cited for driving without a license, driving uninsured and failure to register vehicle in 28700 block Liberty Rd.
10:14 a.m. – Ulexis Marie Cloonan, 24, arrested by Albany police on SHMC warrant for FTC trespassing case. Cited to appear Aug. 13.
11:00 a.m. – Caller reported neighbor left Bible on her porch in 1000 block 54th Ave., stated he was trespassing. Officer responded, left business card with neighbor, advised caller of her options.
11:05 a.m. – Ricki Anne Orth, 47, arrested by Lane County Sheriff’s Office on SHMC warrant for FTA in theft case. Cited to appear Aug. 13.
11:35 a.m. – Stephanie Irene Starkweather, 37, arrested on AMC warrant for trespassing and theft, 1300 block 13th Ave. Cited and released.
11:41 a.m. – Aleece Rochelle Woods, 39, arrested on SHMC warrants for FTA in trespassing and theft cases, LCCC warrant for FTA in trespassing case. Caller had reported three people digging in trash bin in 4600 block Main St. Woods cited and released.
11:57 a.m. – Kari Michelle Wilkinson, 34, arrested on AMC warrant for FTC in theft, Linn County probation violation warrant in fraud case, 44th Ave./Main St. Lodged at Linn County Jail.
12:38 p.m. – Aelisha Drian Devine, 32, arrested by Albany police on SHMC warrant for FTA in disorderly conduct case. Cited to appear Aug. 13.
12:42 p.m. – Crash reported in area of Hwy. 99/Lake Creek Dr., Halsey. Non-injury, non-reportable. Drivers exchanged information.
1:56 p.m. – Crash reported in 48200 block Quartzville Rd. According to LCSO, driver of vehicle containing two juvenile males hit gravel section on corner, lost control and slid off the road down an embankment. No injuries. Vehicle towed.
2:37 p.m. – Deputy investigated full-size trampoline someone had set up on shore of Foster Lake in 44200 block Hwy. 20, in violation of U.S. Army Corps of Engineer regulations.
3:13 p.m. – Sunshine Marie Dulaney, 47, arrested, after she turned herself in at SHPD, 1950 Main St., for telephonic harassment. Cited and released.
3:56 p.m. – LCSO conducted death investigation in 50200 block Quartzville Rd. Victim was middle-aged man, no evidence of foul play. Report taken.
4:14 p.m. – Deputy located male lying along side of road in 48300 block Quartzville Rd. Provided him with courtesy ride.
4:53 p.m. – Jessica Rae Deffenbaugh, 39, arrested on AMC warrant for FTC in contempt case, SHPD, 1950 Main St. Cited and released.
9:11 p.m. – Gilbert Alonzo Martinez, 49, arrested on SHMC warrant for FTA in disorderly conduct case,, AMC warrant for FTA in theft case. 3100 block Main St. Cited and released.
July 17
2:05 a.m. – Caller reported individuals standing in front of vacant house in 1200 block 4th Ave. Officer responded, report taken for criminal trespass II.
8:03 a.m. – Officer responded to disturbance in 1600 block Elm St. Two callers reported that one party’s ex-boyfriend was trying to enter their house without permission. Ex-boyfriend reported that female was trying to taze him. Officer took report for unlawful use of stun gun, which will be forwarded to city attorney for review. At 9:01 a.m. officer again responded to location, this time in response to report that female had produced dog and threatened to have it attack ex-boyfriend. After officer responded, both sides agreed to remain peaceful and both were warned against telephonic harassment. Note: Two more calls on July 17 involved one or more of these individuals.
8:42 a.m. – Thomas Ray Pimentel, 27, arrested on SHMC warrant for FTC in hit and run case. Caller had reported male on porch of vacant house in 1200 block 4th Ave. Pimentel counseled for actions, cited and released.
11:31 a.m. – Caller reported contempt of court/violation of no-contact order, 900 block Elm St. Officer responded, report taken. Investigation continuing.
11:32 a.m. – Caller reported natural gas line breached in 4000 block Osage St. Police, Sweet Home Fire and Ambulance District, responded. Street blocked off until repairs could be made.
12:29 p.m. – Caller reported theft of medications in 47700 block Quartzville Rd. Deputy took report for theft.
12:50 p.m. – Joshua Kealohanui Ben Leslie, 37, arrested for criminal trespass II, and on LMC warrant for probation violation in theft case after report of presence of male at Safeway, 1540 Main St., who had been trespassed. Cited and released.
1:19 p.m. – Littering reported in 47500 block Cascadia Dr., Cascadia.
3:43 p.m. – Crash reported in 600 block Holley Rd. Truck operated by Chase Blisseck reportedly struck bicycle operated by Ciaran Whatley. Whatley transported by medics. Damage estimated at over $2,500.
4:41 p.m. – Illegal camping reported in area of Hwy. 99/Ogle Rd., Halsey. Male was discovered taking a nap. He left when asked.
5:12 p.m. – Caller reported lantern stolen from yard in 600 block Juniper St. Officer responded, report taken for theft III.
5:18 p.m. – Caller reported juveniles throwing cans of soda into street, 500 block 4th Ave. Officer responded, contacted male who threw the cans. He picked them up and was counseled for his actions.
5:48 p.m. – Crash reported in 41200 block McDowell Creek Dr. Single vehicle. According to LCSO, driver Ronald Cole, 80, of Foster, driving a Chevy Cavalier, rounded a corner and there was another car in his lane. Cole swerved to avoid the oncoming car, and crashed into the ditch. The other car did not stop. Cole transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital with minor injuries. Report taken.
7:05 pm. – Tree fire reported in 48100 block Cascadia Dr. on private timber property. Investigation ongoing.
7:23 p.m. – Caller reported her vehicle may have been hit in BiMart parking lot, 1980 Main St. Officer responded, report taken. Estimated damage over $2,500.
7:37 p.m. – Michael Anthony Bly, 53, arrested on SHMC warrant for FTC in criminal trespass case, 1950 Main St. Cited and released in SHPD lobby.
July 16
12:37 a.m. – Shelly Cox, 54, of Lebanon, cited for LMC warrant, area of Foster Dam Rd./North River Drive. Report taken.
1 a.m. – Brock Aiden Rosebaum, 20, cited for speeding, 73/45, Main St./44th Ave.
2:13 a.m. – Crash reported in 46600 block Quartzville Rd. Driver swerved to miss deer. No injuries, property damage or citations issued.
7:53 a.m. – Kyle Austin Hanscam, 32, arrested by LCSO on SHMC warrant for FTA in resisting arrest case. Cited to appear Aug. 13.
12:23 p.m. – Roseann Marie Wirth arrested by LCSO on SHMC warrant for FTA in trespass case. Cited to appear Aug. 13.
12:34 p.m. – Buck Nightwalker, 42, of Philomath, cited for speeding, Hwy. 228/Keeney Rd., Halsey.
12:50 p.m. – LCSO responded to domestic assault report in 42200 block Ames Creek Rd. Dustin Lamber, 33, of Lebanon arrested for assault IV and strangulation. Report taken.
12:51 p.m. – Caller reported graffiti on sign, 1200 block 49th Ave. Officer responded, report taken for criminal mischief. Damage valued at $500.
4:59 p.m. – William Lee Phillips, 42, arrested for theft III, and on SHMC warrant for FTA in theft case, LMC warrant for probation violation in trespassing case, 1900 block Main St. Arrest came after caller reported theft at BiMart. Property was recovered and Phillips was located, cited and released thereafter.
4:59 p.m. – Deputy located illegal camp on Cascade Timber Consulting property in area of Childers Dr./Brush Creek Rd. Campers told to vacate.
5:45 p.m. – Juvenile, 17, cited at SHPD, 1950 Main St., for failure to obey traffic control device, careless driving that allegedly resulted in accident that occurred July 12.
7:41 p.m. – Death investigation conducted in 51300 block Quartzville Rd. According to LCSO, decedent, a 55-year-old female from Albany, had been camping along Quartzville Dreek when she was found with an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound. Report taken.
8:20 p.m. – Susan Marie Ausbun-Miller, 50, arrested by Albany police on SHMC warrant for FTA in criminal misconduct case. Cited to appear Aug. 13.
8:27 p.m. – Neighborhood dispute turned into broken window in 200 block Galbraith St. Information noted by LCSO.
9:41 p.m. – Eliseo Ramirez Castro II, 24, arrested for assault IV and initiating false report after physical disturbance reported in 6200 block Main St. allegedly involving an axe.
July 15
2:04 a.m. – Crash reported in 33100 block Hwy. 228, Halsey. According to LCSO, deputy came across Ford F250 stuck in ditch. Driver said they avoided a deer and drove into the ditch. No damage was reported. Report taken.
2:58 a.m. – Burglar alarm at Hilltop Market, 4824 Main St. Officer responded, report taken for burglary II, criminal mischief II, theft III. Loss included cigarettes, valued at approximately $11, and approximately $1,500 damage to door.
10:22 a.m. – Male, 29, taken into protective custody with mental health issues, transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital, 41900 block Marks Ridge Dr. Report taken.
11:58 a.m. – Report taken for littering on Giustina, Cascade Timber Consulting property, 44600 block Old Hufford Dr.
12:07 p.m. – Illegal dumping reported on Cascade Timber Consulting property in 45100 block Old Hufford Dr. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
12:30 p.m. – Sex offense reported in area of Crawfordsville Dr./Scott Mountain Rd. Investigation ongoing. Further details not available. Report taken.
2:13 p.m. – Crash reported in 43300 block North River Dr. Todd Keenon, 43, of Sweet Home, cited for obstructed driver and failure to obey traffic control device-stop sign. According to LCSO, floorboard of Toyota Camry was filled with trash, preventing proper application of the brakes, which resulted in the crash. Report taken.
3:52 p.m. – Cody Allen Bowman arrested on SHMC warrants for FTA in two theft cases, FTA in trespassing case, 1950 Main St. Cited and released.
4:08 p.m. – Large-diameter tree felled on Starker property, 38900 block Mountain Home Dr., about three-quarters of a mile south of Santiam Terrace. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
4:31 p.m. – Caller reported stolen mail in 1500 block Tamarack St. Requested extra patrols.
5:28 p.m. – Ryan Batacandolo, 35, of Albany, cited for speeding, 83/55, 25200 block Hwy. 99.
6:53 p.m. – Car fire reported in 2000 block Main St. Vehicle towed.
7:14 p.m. – Small fire reported in area of Main St./47th Ave. Officer responded, report taken for arson II, criminal trespass I.
9:20 p.m. – Caller reported male stole his bike earlier in day, 1800 block Tamarack St. Officer responded, report taken for theft II. Bicycle was recovered later. It was a “misunderstanding.”

12:45 a.m. – Pauline Lavern Keegan, 85, cited for speeding, 41st Ave./Osage St.
3:11 a.m. – Stephanie Irene Starkweather, 37, arrested on LMC warrant for FTA in criminal citation case after caller reported male and female walking toward Wiley Creek Park and female yelling at male. Cited and released.
5:27 a.m. – Jonathan McKinley, 23, of Corvallis, cited for speeding, 28900 block Hwy. 99, Halsey.
8:11 a.m. – Caller reported someone dumped two bags of trash in his driveway in 1300 block Nandina St. Officer responded. Report taken for offensive littering.
10:12 a.m. – Caller reported hit and run, then followed suspect vehicle until it pulled over in area of Pleasant Valley Rd./railroad tracks. Officer responded, report taken for damage under $2,500 and drivers exchanged information.
12:16 p.m. – Chavana Ann Bowser, 33, arrested on SHMC warrant for FTA in theft case, LCCC warrant for FTA on three counts of possession of heroin, AMC warrant for FTA in theft case, and LMC warrant for FTA in theft case. 18th Ave./Main St. Cited and released.
12:16 p.m. – Deputies investigated report of assault in 38300 block Crawfordsville Dr. According to LCSO, roommates were at odds. Report taken.
1:26 p.m. – Thomas Joseph Lee Burke arrested by Cottage Grove police on SHMC warrant in telephonic harassment case. Cited to appear Aug. 23.
1:36 p.m. – Parking citations issued for vehicles parked along Hwy. 228 at McKercher Park, in “obviously well-marked no-parking zones.”
3:27 p.m. – Caller reported someone stole his identity, then opened two lines of credit, 3200 block Main St. Officer responded, report taken. Investigation continuing.
3:57 p.m. – Caller reported that his windshield was cracked after parking at Bates Bridge swimming spot in 40800 block McDowell Creek Dr.
6:24 p.m. – Caller reported vehicle crashed into Taco Time, 2301 Main St. Officer responded. No injuries. Damage over $2,500. Operator identified as Donald O’Brien.
7:47 p.m. – Caller reported several juveniles showed up at location in 800 block 8th Ave. with guns, threatened stepson. Officer responded, report taken.
