Gary Evan Johnson, 31, sentenced Nov. 14 to three years revocation of a driver’s license, 111 mos. with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, three years post-prison supervision and $300 in fines after pleading no contest to assault II and failure to perform duties of driver to injured persons. Charges dismissed: failure to report as a sex offender, and criminal driving while suspended or revoked.
Larry Allen Langford, 74, sentenced Nov. 13 to 10 days compensatory service in lieu of jail after pleading guilty to failure to report as sex offender. A charge of criminal driving while suspended or revoked was dismissed.
Richard Dean Leland, 58, charged Nov. 17 with resisting arrest, harassment and felon in possession of a firearm.
Patrick Anthony Douglas Lovato, 33, charged Nov. 14 with resisting arrest and two counts of failure to report as a sex offender. Bail set at $5,000.
David Lance Schult, 55, sentenced Nov. 10 to one year suspension of a driver’s license, 48 hours jail, 24 mos. bench probation and a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor) with a .13% BAC.
