Sweet Home’s American Legion Post 133 held an open house Saturday, Nov. 15, at its new post headquarters at _____________ Holley Road. A continuous stream of visitors moved in and out of the building, the former Fir Lawn Lutheran Church, which the Legion has purchased and is restoring after it was severely damaged by an arsonist. Legion members provided lunch as visitors toured the facility and availed themselves of brochures and other informational materials.
