Reginald Pace
April 15, 1948 – Nov. 9, 2025
Reginald “Reggie” Pace, lovingly known as “Tinker”, 77, of Sweet Home, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 9, surrounded by family.
Reggie was born on April 15,1948, in Loudon, Tenn., to Lush and Tina Pace. Their family moved to Sweet Home in 1965.
He married the love of his life, Dena, on Nov. 14, 1970, and continued building a life in Sweet Home by having a son in 1971 and a daughter in 1976. Reggie worked for Willamette Industries in Sweet Home for 25 years and ended his career at Entek Manufacturing in Lebanon, retiring in 2010.
Reggie lived life to the fullest – a man of laughter, love, and adventure. He loved fishing, golf, dirt bikes, and cruising in his Mustang with Dena by his side. Known for his humor, quick wit, and storytelling, he found his greatest joy in his family, especially his grandkids and great grandkids.
Some of his favorite moments were simple ones – breakfast or dinner with Dena, and maybe a little gambling in between. Reggie cherished watching his grandkids compete in sports and was a well-known spectator.
Reggie is survived by his devoted wife, Dena; siblings Benda Helton, Jerry Pace, Donald Pace, and Diane Bell; children Corey Pace and wife Jamie, and Jennifer Miner and husband Chris; beloved grandchildren Casey Horner, Jessica Pace, Courtney Sanders, Aliya Thorpe and husband Travis, Emily Pace, Conner Pace, and Bryce Miner; and cherished great-grandchildren, Maylee, Blakely, and Emmett.
Reggie was preceded in death by his parents, Lush and Tina Pace; eight brothers and one infant sister.
Reggie “Tinker” Pace will be remembered for his warmth, laughter, and the love he shared so freely. His spirit will live on in all who were lucky enough to know him. Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements.
