Jared William Dawson, 25, filed an appeal after being found guilty through Linn County Justice Court on Nov. 10 of speeding 120/55 on May 2 on Hwy. 228.
Patrick Anthony Douglas Lovato, 33, sentenced Dec. 1 to 30 days jail and $200 in fines after pleading guilty to resisting arrest and failure to report as a sex offender. A second count of failure to report was dismissed.
Charges against Nina Rachael Willis, 44, of burglary I, theft III and unlawful possession of meth were dismissed with prejudice following the defendant’s death.
John Merritt Wise, 61, placed in diversion program after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor).
