7:45 a.m. – Caller reported brother, who had been trespassed from location in 2200 block Tamarack St., SH,. trying to hook up trailer. Officer responded, contacted both parties, brother trespassed from property.
9:31 a.m. – Caller reported subjects camped out in stairwell at old City Hall, 1140 12th Ave., SH. Officer responded, contacted male, who was told to move along. Officer also located property left behind by others, which was transported to SHPD property.
10:49 a.m. – Anthony Heintzman, of Lebanon, cited for careless driving in area of Rock Hill/Stoltz Hill road, L, regarding traffic hazard for which he was believed responsible. According to LCSO, Heintzman, driving a semi and trailer, allegedly decided to turn onto a road “that clearly was too tight for his vehicle” and became stuck, blocking traffic in all directions.
10:51 a.m. – Caller reported customer had assaulted employee in 32900 block Hwy. 228, H. A deputy responded and collected statements, but no victims of the incident contacted law enforcement. Report taken.
3:30 p.m. – Caller reported hit and run at McDonald’s, 2000 Main St., SH. Officer responded, report taken.
9:17 p.m. – Eric Harvey, 53, of Lebanon, arrested for trespass I after allegedly entering and remaining in dwelling in 31000 block Santiam Hwy., L., illegally. According to LCSO, Harvey was riding a mobility chair and was tired, so he stopped at the location. No one was home, so he decide to walk in and take a rest on the recliner in the house he had never been to before. Report taken.
10:11 p.m. – Janetta Reedy, 27, of Brownsville, arrested for DUII, reckless driving, and reckless endangering, and cited for driving uninsured and refusing to submit to a breath test, Airport/5th St., L. Report taken.
11:47 p.m.- Erin Koenig, 45, cited for driving uninsured after traffic stop in 1500 block Main St., SH, during which officer discovered vehicle was stolen. SHPD was unable to contact vehicle owner, so it was towed.
Dec. 18
8:28 a.m. – Amanda J. Bryant, 39, cited for speeding 34/20 school zone, Weldwood/Cascade Drs., L.
8:55 a.m. – Michael W. Hillsman, 66, cited for speeding 34/20 school zone, 500 block Cascade Dr., L.
9:16 a.m. – Deputy located elderly male outside in his underwear in 34000 block Kowitz Rd., L. Deputy was able to identify the man, who has dementia, and was able to return him to his home.
9:38 a.m. – Report taken when caller reported being confronted by three subjects with firearms who told him to stay away from his recently-ex girlfriend, L.
10:10 a.m. – Caller reported they were locked in the trunk of a vehicle after being hit with a frying pan. However, caller disconnected with dispatchers and did not answer phone calls. Deputies arrived at location in 5500 block Santiam Hwy., L., but found nothing after a check of the property. Property owner, who knows caller, and suggested it was likely a false report, according to LCSO.
10:22 a.m. – Sandra Nyman-Begley, 63, cited for speeding 34/20 school zone, 500 block Cascade Dr., L.
10:25 a.m. – Caller reported female wandering between Pill Box pharmacy and counseling office, L, and keeps coming close to pharmacy drive-thru, listening. Kayra K. Koran-Miller, 37, said she owned the Pill Box and had 51 degrees. She was trespassed for life.
10:34 a.m. – Leon Dixson, 61, cited for speeding 35/20 school zone, 500 block Cascade Dr., L.
11:01 a.m. – Caller reported Wells Fargo ATM door open in 500 block Main St., SH. Officer responded, machine was out of service but door was open. Safe untouched. Technician to be dispatched.
11:11 a.m. – Taren Moynahan, 52, cited for speeding 34/20 school zone, 500 block Cascade Dr., L.
11:23 a.m. – Jason Howard, 38, cited for speeding 36/30 school zone, 500 block Cascade Dr., L.
11:47 a.m. – Benjamin Hyatt, 46, cited on LMC warrant for FTA on original charge of driving while suspended.
11:59 a.m. – George Allen, 19, cited for speeding 32/20 school zone, 500 block Cascade Dr., L.
12:30 p.m. – Theft of package from porch reported, 100 block W Joy St., L. Loss: $120.
1:01 p.m. – Historical sex abuse case reported. Investigation ongoing. 200 block Alder St., L.
2:11 p.m. – Hannah Linebarger, 75, cited for speeding 35/20 school zone, 500 block Cascade Dr., L.

3:15 p.m. – Caller reported hit and run on parked car, 700 block Mtn. River Dr., L. Damage: $2,000.
3:16 p.m. – Caller reported she was sick and needed care in 5100 block Redwood St., SH. Officer responded, female was transported to hospital.
3:45 p.m. – Aysia Nicholle Bailiff cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 3000 block Main St., SH.
4:15 p.m. – Caller reported littering site on Kirk 105 line off Kirk Dr., B. Investigation conducted, report taken.
4:17 p.m. – Caller reported female refusing to leave Sun Motel, 3026 Main St., SH. Officer responded, contacted female, who was trespassed.
4:17 p.m. – Caller reported neighbor had put down wooden planks along the bottom of common fence, which was creating runoff issues – “lakes” along the fence. City code enforcement officer to respond. 600 block 7th Ave., SH.
4:24 p.m. – Caller reported elderly female with dementia had wandered off from 1100 block Juniper St., SH. Officer responded, located the wanderer, who was returned to caller.
5:20 p.m. – Delores Higgins, 62, of Lebanon, arrested for criminal mischief III and harassment after report of disturbance in 38700 block Lacomb Dr., L. Floyd Dorgan, 63, of Lebanon, arrested for warrant. According to LCSO, this was an “alcohol-infused” physical fight between two people living on the same property. Report taken.
6:19 p.m. – Jacob Willcox, 23, of Scio, cited for driving uninsured, failure to renew vehicle registration and unsignaled lane change, Hwy. 226/Cold Springs Rd., L.
7:02 p.m. – Bryan Watts, 50, of Lebanon, arrested on outstanding warrant, 300 block Russell St., L. Cited and released. Report taken.
7:19 p.m. – Caller reported evicted daughter forced her way into home, 3200 block Oak Terrace Dr., L. Kelen N. Wiggley, 34, taken into custody for trespass and resisting arrest. Report taken.
7:27 p.m. – Callers reported red truck peeled out of parking spot at Lebanon Taco Bell. A female passenger in the truck was screaming and trying to get out. The truck hit a parked van and drove off.
7:41 p.m. – Hit and run reported in Lebanon Taco Bell parking lot, 2000 block S. Santiam Hwy.
7:58 p.m. – Downed tree blocking Berlin Road in 32400 block removed by Linn County Road Department.
8:43 p.m. – Ethan Bird, 53, cited for warrants, Lacomb Dr./Cottonwood Lane, L. Report taken. .
9:01 p.m. – Caller reported shoplifter at Lebanon Walmart in motorized cart, tried to ram into caller. Julie Evette Brendle, 52, trespassed for life. Report taken for theft III. Loss: $20.21.
10:26 p.m. – Caller reported receiving harassing text messages from female, 3500 block Flannigan’s Rd., SH. Officer responded, report taken. Case forwarded to City Attorney’s Office.
10:47 p.m. – Tree down across road in 29000 block Santiam Terrace Rd., L. Linn County Road Department removed it.
11:05 p.m. – Micah Lee Stewart, 25, arrested for domestic violence-assault IV, after visit to SHPD, 1950 Main St. to speak with officer. At 9:01 p.m., caller reported his brother had assaulted their mother, 400 block Ironwood St., SH. Stewart lodged at Linn County Jail.
Dec. 17
1:31 a.m. and following – Multiple calls all over Lebanon for downed trees and limbs, power lines. One caller reported hearing noises in attic, which turned out to be branches falling, due to heavy winds.
1:33 a.m. – Officer saw driver head north onto Main Street downtown Lebanon, which is a one-way southbound street. They immediately pulled aside, seeing they were in wrong direction. Officer pulled behind them and saw male climbing into bed of truck, visibly intoxicated. Female sitting in driver seat, not intoxicated.
2:24 a.m. – Caller reported tree fell on duplex where neighbor’s bedroom is, and she cannot get in touch with neighbor. Police found tree did not damage building much.
7:53 a.m. – Caller reported car window broken, door handle damaged in 1300 block 13th Ave., SH. Officer took report for criminal mischief II.
8:44 a.m. – Diana D. Hergenrader, 57, cited for speeding 35/20 school zone, W Airport Rd./S 2nd St.
9:09 a.m. – John Cruz Ramirez, 65, cited for speeding 38/20 school zone, 2000 block S Santiam Hwy.
10:01 a.m. – Caller reported subjects sleeping in alley behind La Mota, L. She said she owned the property, but used “choice words” to say she was leaving. Officer offered help with 2nd Chance shelter and Crossroads, but she refused, saying she owned those too.
10:37 a.m. – Axi Gallagher, 34, and Dillon Johnson, 37, both of Lebanon, arrested on outstanding warrants, 32800 block Brewster Rd., L. Cited and released. Report taken.
12:00 p.m – Caller reported vehicle ran stop sign on school bus in 300 block Central Ave., L. Deputies later identified driver, who was “educated” in a phone call.
1:46 p.m. – Caller reported shoplifter at Dollar Tree, L.
1:53 p.m. – Mackenzie Anne Anundi, 27, cited for speeding 36/20 school zone, S Main Rd./Kari Pl., L.
2:08 p.m. – Ok Hui Tuttle, 76, cited for speeding 43/20 school zone, S Main Rd./Grace St.
2:10 p.m. – Caller reported sister with dementia had wandered from their residence, 1100 block Juniper St., SH. Second caller reported confused female at location. Officer responded, sisters were reunited. Sister caller advised of options.
2:20 p.m. – Caller reported a car backed in front of the side door of front entrance at Lebanon Walmart, and two subjects dumped more than 20 bags of garbage before driving away.
2:56 p.m. – Caller responded male hitting another in 1900 block 18th Ave., SH. Alleged attacker then left in vehicle. Officer responded, report taken for assault IV. Case referred to City Attorney’s Office.
4:14 p.m. – Roberto Antonio Ramos, 27, cited for speeding 37/25, S 12th St./W Ash Pl., L.
4:20 p.m. – Caller reported juvenile looking in his and neighbor’s mailbox, and has tampered with mailbox in the past. He confronted juvenile who responded, “What are you going to do about it old man?” 2600 block S 12th St., L.
4:34 p.m. – Ashlee Marie Freitag, 28, cited for speeding 40/25, S 12th/W Oak Sts., L.
4:40 p.m. – Caller reported fraudulent charge on debit card for Taco Bell DoorDash order. 33400 block Santiam Hwy., L. Report taken.
4:57 p.m. – Eugene Joseph Sanchez, 37, cited for speeding 44/25, S 12th/W Oak Sts., L.
6:33 p.m. – Stephanie Irene Starkweather, 38, arrested on SHMC warrants for FTA in theft and trespassing cases, AMC warrant for FTA in trespassing case, and LMC warrant for FTA in a criminal citation case. Arrests followed report that female was refusing to leave location in 700 block 23rd Ave., SH. Starkweather cited and released, trespassed from location.
7:45 p.m. – Crash reported in area of Santiam Hwy./Airport Rd., L. One vehicle rear-ended another at red light. Non-injury.
10:36 p.m. – Female trespassed from Brownsville Saloon, 400 N. Main St., B.

12:31 a.m. – Jacob Severns, 20, of Sweet Home, cited for driving without insurance, 3200 block S. Santiam Hwy., L.
2:09 a.m. – Caller walking their cat heard people fighting behind Grocery Outlet, L.
7:41 a.m. – Caller reported subject painting light post, 1400 block S Main St., L. Subject fled on bike when police arrived. When apprehended, subject said he found paint in dumpster and was painting places where tin foil was left behind (drug use) or to denote power line locations. Other painted locations discovered on for sale sign, mailboxes, rocks and meter cover lids. Jonathan Hugh Trisdale IV, 45, arrested, charged with criminal mischief II.
7:55 a.m. – Jonathan Hugh Trisdale IV, 45, cited on LMC warrant for FTA II.
10:24 a.m. – Joseph Paul Dziedzic, 61, cited for failure to carry proof of insurance and speeding 33/20 school zone, S Main Rd./Hobbs St., L.
11:04 a.m. – Caller reported driver asleep at stop sign before waking up and driving off, Crowfoot Rd./Cascade Dr., L.
11:36 a.m. – Caller reported male, who appeared to be confused, in her back yard in 1800 block Cedar St., SH, saying he was looking for his cat. Officer responded to find male had located his cat. He was counseled about going into back yards.
12:10 p.m. – Donald Richard Aldrich Jr., 67, cited for improper display, L.
12:13 p.m. – Rebecca Kay Seibert, 59, arrested on LCSO warrant for probation violation, 1400 block 13th Ave., SH. Lodged at Linn County Jail.
12:26 p.m. – Caller reported door-to-door salesperson in area of 18th Ave./Yucca St. Officer responded, contacted males who were advised peddler’s permit requirement. They left area.
12:53 p.m. – Deputy took report of damage to CTC Hufford Haul gate in area of Quartzville Rd./Old Hufford Dr., SH. Lock and pin were damaged, estimated cost $100. Report taken for criminal mischief.
12:53 p.m. – Caller reported female who had been trespassed was at location. Officer responded, report taken. 1800 block Kalmia St., SH.
1:02 p.m. – Yolanda Sue Meza, 39, cited for speeding 37/25, S 12th/W Oak Sts., L.
1:27 p.m. – Deputies recovered stolen vehicle in area of Courtney Creek Dr./Timber Rd. The Toyota Highlander had been stolen out of Eugene and had been rolled down a hill and left in brush with “very minor damage,” according to LCSO. Report taken.
1:44 p.m. – Theft of package from porch reported, 200 block S 11th St., L. Loss: $300.
2:10 p.m. – Shoplifting reported at Lebanon 7-11. Loss: $10.
2:40 p.m. – LCSO deputy conducted extra patrol for speeders in school zone, 30500 block Sodaville Mountain Home Rd., L. Due to another call, deputy was only in area for short time but observed no speeders.
2:40 p.m. – Ashley Ruthann McCarthy, 28, arrested by Albany police on SHMC warrant for FTA in trespass case. Cited to appear Jan. 24.
2:43 p.m. – Deputy on patrol heard dog barking in 100 block W. A St., H, for long period of time. Deputy located owner, issued warning.
3:26 p.m. – Caller reported a female said she was sexually assaulted, then left, near KFC, L. Female said she drank water yesterday that she didn’t know where it came from, and felt groggy today. She thinks there was something in the water, but then said she didn’t think she was assaulted. April Lee Springer, 43, cited on AMC warrant for FTA on original charge of giving false info, and LCCC warrant for FTA on original charge of theft I.
4:19 p.m. – Desirae Lynn Kobernik, 32, cited on AMC warrant for FTA-PV; Benton County Circuit Court warrants for FTAs on original charges of theft II; LCCC warrants for FTAs on original charges of hindering prosecution, possession of meth, possession of fentanyl; Marion County Circuit Court warrant for FTAs on original charges of theft III, theft II and theft I; and Washington County Circuit Court warrants for FTA II and FTA on original charge of theft II.
4:42 p.m. – Caller reported suspicious vehicle on Giustina property in 45000 block Quartzville Rd., Foster. Deputy determined activity reported was permitted contractor harvesting bear grass.
4:44 p.m. – Christopher Michael Mundt, 41, cited for no valid license, L.
5:05 p.m. – Jimmy Rodger Varner, 59, arrested after he turned himself in at SHPD, 1950 Main St., on SHMC warrant for FTC in theft case. Cited and released.
5:11 p.m. – Joni Jean Finch, 45, arrested on AMC warrant for FTA in harassment case after caller from Dollar Tree, 2414 Main St., SH, reported female outside asking people for money after staff asked her to leave several times. She moved along after citation.
5:30 p.m. – Deputy located vehicle parked in front of CTC IP100 gate in 25700 block Timber Rd., B. Deputy warned people in vicinity about blocking gate with vehicle.
5:48 p.m. – Fraud reported after a male called the victim, claimed to be from Verizon, scammed her into ordering a $1,500 phone, L. When phone arrived in mail, the male called and said she was sent the wrong phone, and to send it back to an address in New York. She later confronted the male and he admitted he scammed her.
5:49 p.m. – Historical sexual abuse case reported in 200 block Alder St., L. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
6:37 p.m. – Assault reported in 38200 block Perkins Dr., L. According to LCSO, A 14-year-old juvenile male was arrested and taken to Linn County Juvenile Detention for Assault II after getting into a physical altercation while using a knife. Report taken.
8:08 p.m. – Caller said she forgot to grab $71 change from lotto machine in Walmart, L. When she returned, the cash was no longer there. It was learned the lotto machine does not give change.
8:42 p.m. – Scott Kevin Heinz, 38, arrested on LMC warrant for FTC in driving while suspended case, and SHMC warrants for FTC in two DUII cases and FTA in harassment case. 300 block W. Holley Rd., SH. Cited and released.
9:32 p.m. – Caller reported females near Duffy’s in Lebanon were trying to climb the decorated trees.
10:11 p.m. – Kay Foxxy Foxx, 39, cited for no valid license and driving uninsured.
11:29 p.m. – Hope Marie Connors, 28, arrested on LMC warrant for probation violation in theft case, LCCC warrant for possession of controlled substance-fentanyl. 1500 block 41st Ave., SH. Cited and released.

12:32 a.m. – Christina Kelley, 45, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, 3100 block S. Santiam Hwy., L.
1:03 a.m. – Eric Utley, 53, of Lebanon, cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, Hwy. 20/Horseshoe Loop, L.
8:06 a.m. – Danyelle Nicole Hartman, 23, cited for driving while suspended.
9:10 a.m. – Mitchell Wayne Brolin, 42, taken into custody on US Marshals Service warrant out of Virginia for probation violation and LMC warrant for contempt of court. Police reported he was hostile, slamming around and yelling while in back seat of patrol vehicle. Report taken.
9:37 a.m. – Travis Lee Peters, 24, L, taken into custody, charged with harassment.
9:44 a.m. – Subject reported hit and run on his car that was parked at Lebanon Safeway a month ago when a truck hit his car twice while trying to pull out. Witness told subject about event.
2:08 p.m. – Caller reported male at FAC Shelter throwing large rocks. Officer responded, contacted male, who agree to move along. 1400 block 24th Ave., SH.
2:25 p.m. – Samuel Thomas Kenny, 35, arrested at BiMart, 1980 Main St., SH, on LCCC warrant for FTA in DUII case. Cited and released.
2:33 p.m. – Deputies towed vehicle parked in front of private timber gate, which blocked all access in 45200 block Upper Calapooia Dr., SH. Report taken.
3:54 p.m. – Caller reported son was bitten by dog at SHEM food bank, 1115 Long St. Officer responded, contacted dog owner, who was issued quarantine order.
4:47 p.m. – Joshua Kealohanui Ben Leslie arrested for making unlawful entry into motor vehicle, 1000 block 12th Ave. Cited and released.
7:39 p.m. – Report taken for fraud claim when someone used a stolen credit card to purchase a generator, L. Loss: $8,000.
7:52 p.m. – Report taken for trespassed subject seen at Safeway, L.
10:10 p.m. – Caller reported firearm stolen on Dec. 12 from vehicle in 3100 block Main St. Officer responded, report taken. Approximate loss $610.
