Nickolas Keith Izatt, 27, sentenced March 13 to 120 hours jail, five days compensatory service in lieu of jail, three years supervised probation after pleading no contest to unlawful possession of meth – commercial drug offense, and unlawful possession of cocaine. Dismissed: unlawful possession of meth, delivery of cocaine, carrying a concealed weapon.

April Lee Springer, 43, sentenced March 9 to 40 days jail and 24 mos. supervised probation after pleading no contest to theft I, FTA and two counts of FTA I. Dismissed: FTA I.
Eric Michael Vader, 19, sentenced March 11 to 30 days jail, 24 mos. supervised probation and $300 in fines after pleading guilty to criminal driving while suspended or revoked, and unlawful possession of a marijuana item by a person under 21 years of age.
