A Lebanon man was arrested Wednesday, May 6, on a variety of sex-crime charges involving a young girl, Lebanon police reported.
Christopher Ace Perez, 32, was arrested for for one count of first-degree sex abuse, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration, endangering the welfare of a minor, private indecency, using a child in display of sexually explicit conduct and two counts of first-degree sodomy. Police said he was taken into custody without incident.
Perez’s arrest is the result of an investigation that stemmed from a report that Perez had innapropriate contact with an unrelated minor female who resided in Lebanon, police said. The minor female was under the age of 8 and is known to Perez. The alleged crimes occurred between 2024 and April of 2026 at Perez’s residence in Lebanon and previous residence in Albany.
The Lebanon Police Department had no prior history with Perez. There do not appear to be any additional victims at this time, police said.
Perez was lodged at the Linn County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information regarding this case is encouraged to contact Lebanon Police Detective Tyler Robinson at (541) 258-4340.
