Lebanon police on Wednesday, June 3, arrested a former city resident on more than a dozen counts of various sex crimes.
Emilee Ann Lupo, 44, was arrested Wednesday morning in Cornelius. She was lodged at Linn County Jail.
According to police, Lupo was taken into custody for eight counts of first-degree sodomy, four counts of first-degree sexual abuse in the first degree, four counts of
contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor, and one count of private
indecency.
Lupo’s arrest is the result of an investigation that stemmed from a report that Lupo had
inappropriate contact with an unrelated minor male in Lebanon. The minor male was under 13
and was known to Lupo. The alleged crimes occurred between April and December 2020 at
Lupo’s residence in Lebanon.
The Lebanon Police Department has had prior contact with Lupo; however, those prior contacts
were unrelated to and are not similar in nature to this current incident, police said.
Currently, it is unknown whether there are additional victims, police said. The investigation is ongoing; anyone with information related to the case is encouraged to
contact Lebanon Police Detective Brian Prather at (541) 258-4329.
