June 21

 

Sweet Home Police

12:41 a.m. – Caller reported gunshots or fireworks in 900 block Nandina. Officer responded, located evidence of fireworks, but was unable to contact anyone at location.

12:57 a.m. – Officer was flagged down at Taco Bell, 1502 Main, regarding assault at location. Report taken, but officer did not locate anyone matching the suspect’s description. According to SHPD, the victim was sitting in his vehicle which was parked near Taco Bell, when another male kept walking up to the vehicle. The victim said he told the male to stop approaching his vehicle several times. The male swung at the PR through the open window and struck him in the nose with a closed fist, causing bleeding. An officer took statements from the caller and others who were in the parking lot and witnessed the incident. The suspect, described as an adult male with facial hair and wearing purple earmuffs, was last seen walking east towards Safeway. Investigation ongoing.

5:42 a.m. – Caller from Safeway, 1540 Main, reported female in front of store yelling and waving her arms. Officer responded, trespassed female from location.

6:05 a.m. – Jory Ryan Davis, 42, arrested by Albany police on SHMC warrant in private indecency case. Cited to appear July 8.

8:52 a.m. – Caller from Dollar General, 1937 Main, reported theft from store. Officer took report theft III. Approximate value $30. According to SHPD, the suspect, described only as a male, left without paying with merchandise. The owner of a vehicle he left in was contacted and said he walked out of the store and asked for a ride a couple of blocks away. She gave him a ride and that was her only involvement. Investigation ongoing.

2:26 p.m. – Katrina Lynn Gray, 42, arrested by Lebanon police on SHMC warrant for FTC in theft case. Cited to appear July 8.

7:01 p.m. – Mica Deann West, 35, arrested by Wasco County Sheriff’s Office on SHMC warrant for FTA in DUII case. Cited to appear July 22.

19:01 p.m. – Caller reported individuals burning trash in 1800 block Kalmia. Officer responded to find residents already putting fire out. They were informed of fire ban.

 

Lebanon Police

 

11:42 a.m. – Shelby Keith Brigham, 59, cited for DWS, DU, fail to register vehicle and LMC warrant for FTA.

2:20 p.m. – Katrina Lynn Gray, 42, cited on LMC warrant for FTA, SHMC warrant for contempt of court, and AMC warrant for FTA – theft II.

2:53 p.m. – Randi Luwayne Pike, 44, cited for DU.

3:57 p.m. – Theft of bike tubes and other items from Walmart. Loss: $30.

10:49 p.m. – Shania Little Sims, 27, cited for trespass II.

 

LCSO/OSP Sweet Home/S. County

2:44 p.m. – Deputy issued six citations to vehicles parked in boat trailer parking at Calkins Boat Ramp, 44500 block Quartzville.

4:07 p.m. – Mattress and box spring reported dumped on private timber property, 42600 block Marks Ridge.

 

LCSO/OSP Lebanon

9:34 a.m. – Deputies responded to 39300 block River Dr. for possible domestic disturbance/welfare check. Woman transported to SLCH for possible overdose. No crimes – just heavy drinking and pill use.

11:06 a.m. – Joshua Welch, 36, of Lebanon, cited for DWS, and for warrant, 100 block Alder. Vehicle towed. Report taken.

1:05 p.m. – Caller reported to window broken by object coming from neighbor’s residence, 1200 block S. 13th Place. Report taken.

9:14 p.m. – Dispute reported in Waterloo Campground, 31200 1st, Waterloo. Dispute emanated from love triangle. All parties issued exclusions by park rangers and escorted out.

10:01 p.m. – Charles Smith, 59, of Lebanon, cited on misdemeanor warrant for contempt, 31200 block 1st, Waterloo. Report taken.

 

June 20

 

Sweet Home Police

2:51 a.m. – Rodrigo Alejandre Cervantes, 33, arrested by Washington County Sheriff’s Office on SHMC warrant for FTA in theft case. Cited to appear July 8.

6:44 a.m. – Barking dog reported in area of 7th/Elm. Officer unable to contact owners, but left note.

11:17 a.m. – Heather Mae Kelly, 46, arrested for unauthorized use of motor vehicle, theft III, trespass II and meth possession. 5400 block Nadina.

1:40 p.m. – Caller from McDonald’s, 2000 Main, at location who was not allowed to be there. Officer trespassed male.

 

Lebanon Police

 

10:50 a.m. – Dustin Andrew Clarneau, 51, cited on LMC warrant for PV – criminal trespass II and LCJC warrant for criminal trespass II.

11:32 a.m. – Holly Ann Smith, 44, cited on LCSO warrant for FTC – contempt of court and LMC warrant for PV – theft III.

11:37 a.m. – Daniell Miles, 39, cited for DWS.

2:01 p.m. – Customer forgot to take $40 cashback from Walmart’s self-checkout, returned to find it gone. Subject who found and took the money was located, returned the cash.

2:29 p.m. – Two-car crash, E Carolina/Park Sts. Andrii Feltsan, 28, cited for failure to maintain lane.

6:50 p.m. – Male urinated in parking lot next to parked car with kids in it near GameTime.

8:07 p.m. – Durrel Monroe Borden, 70, cited for DWS, DU, LMC warrant for FTA, and AMC warrant for contempt of court.

11:46 p.m. – 14-year-old driving wrong way on Park Street and Maple Street. Cited for no valid driving privilege.

 

LCSO/OSP Sweet Home/S. County

1:52 a.m.  – LCSO conducted death investigation in 26600 block Rowell Hill. Male, 91, appeared to have succumbed to natural causes. Report taken.

9:49 a.m. – Deputies responded to 800 block 43rd, where individuals have moved onto property prior to decease of previous owner. Occupants claim no eviction notice has been issued. Property is in probate and no owner has yet been established. Occupants keep inviting others to live at location. Generators are being used to pump water, as there is not power at location. Deputies determined this is civil matter for now.

11:09 a.m. – Juveniles reported to be riding dirt bikes on gravel roads in Pioneer Park, 200 block W. Park, Brownsville. Information documented.

12:04 p.m. – Wake board reported stolen in 44900 block Quartzville.

3:30 p.m. – Robert Van Eaton, 41, of Millersburg, cited for boating under the influence of intoxicants after concerned citizen notified LCSO deputies that a “visibly intoxicated person” had driven a boat away from Sunnyside Park on Foster Lake, 44900 block Quartzville. Lodged at LCJ. Report taken.

9:07 p.m. – Anna House, 42, of Brownsville, cited on LMC warrant, 100 block W. Bishop Way, Brownsville. Report taken.

 

LCSO/OSP Lebanon

8:27 a.m. – Raymond Binford, 36, of Sweet Home, arrested on warrant, cited for DWS, DU. 31000 block Santiam Hwy. Lodged at LCJ. Vehicle towed. Report taken.

 

June 19

Sweet Home Police

5:57 a.m. – Caller reported “vicious dogs” in 1200 block 45th attacking cats. Officer located dogs, which were brought to SHPD and did not appear to be chipped. Attempting to locate owners.

11:53 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle parked in 300 block 12th for several days. Referred to code enforcement.

4:10 p.m. – James Stewart Mefford Jr., 70, cited for FTOTCD, 1100 block Long.

5:18 p.m. – Crash reported on Faster Dam Road. Caller reported following Chevy S10 pickup that was weaving on dam and had brushed railing, then pulled into location in 1400 block 53rd.  Officer located vehicle parked. Kenneth George Adair, 58, showed no signs of impairment, according to SHPD, but was cited on LMC warrant for FTA in a criminal citation case, and a LJC warrant for PV in traffic offense case. Cited and released. Railing reported undamaged.

6:30 p.m. – Caller reported male and female had returned to location in 1000 block Vista Lane after being asked not to return. Second caller reported behind prohibited from seeing his sister. Officer responded, parties separated and male and female trespassed.

7:22 p.m. – Caller reported female in 1200 block 4th whom he wanted trespassed. Officer responded, contacted female who was trespassed,  gathered her belongings and left.

10:33 p.m. – Caden Jason Scotty King, 28, arrested for DWS, criminal mischief II, and cited for careless driving, DU and operating unsafe vehicle following traffic stop in 1100 block 29th. According to SHPD, an officer was Officer Cripe was on another call in the 3200 block of Main when King drove past in a red 2005 Chevy Silverado. The loud noise drew the officer’s attention to the rear driver’s side and he realized that the operator was driving the pickup with the rear driver’s side tire missing, with the vehicle driving on the rim.   The officer observed sparks emitting from the wheel. As the officer was attempting to catch up to the vehicle, he noticed road damage to the surface including long gouges. The officer was able to pull the vehicle over on 29th. Vehicle impounded. Both ODOT and Public Works were advised of the road damage. An estimate of damages is pending.

11:55 p.m. – SHPD conducted death investigation in 1100 block 38th following report of cardiac arrest. Report taken.

3:01 a.m. – Burglary, 1600 block S 2nd St. Two suspects told caller they thought house was vacant. Ammunition stolen. Report taken.

7:40 a.m. – Report taken for assault by juvenile client.

8:33 a.m. – Brooke Kinzer, 24, cited for DWS and cell phone use.

9:14 a.m. – Ann Medlin, 29, cited for DU, cell phone use and switched plates.

10:26 a.m. – Ely Charles Holmes, 38, cited for DWS, fail to use seatbelt, fail to carry proof of insurance, LMC warrant for contempt – DWS, and AMC warrant for contempt of court.

11:23 a.m. – Abby Carpenter, 64, cited for cell phone use.

11:45 a.m. – Zachary Foerstel, 33, cited for cell phone use.

12:02 p.m. – Subject tried breaking into room and vending machine at Shanico Inn. Damage: $200.

12:17 p.m. – Jonathan Pedersen, 47, cited for cell phone use.

4:04 p.m. – Johnny Walker, 43, cited for DWS.

4:17 p.m. – Wyatt Lynn Alan Vaughan, 23, cited on LCCC warrants for unlawful possession of meth and DUII, AMC warrant for contempt of court, and LMC warrant for FTA – trespass II.

8:49 p.m. – Robert Gene Cox, 46, taken into custody on AMC warrant for FTA – disorderly conduct II.

 

LCSO/OSP Sweet Home/S. County

11:54 a.m. – Citizen relinquished signal jammer to LCSO, for which deputies issued receipt. 43300 block Ames Creek. Report taken.

1:17 p.m. – Deputy contacted male taking nap on Brownsville Animal Clinic lawn, 100 Washburn. Male departed without incident.

2:21 p.m. – Alyssa Cruz, 19, cited for failure to drive within lane, 40000 block Mountain Home.

2:25 p.m. – Three camper trailers left on CTC property in 23000 block Brush Creek. Littering investigation ongoing. Report taken.

7:23 p.m. – Deputy contacted “suspicious” individual who was informed they were no longer allowed to camp at the church, Bishop/Washburn, Brownsville.

9:10 p.m. – Crash reported in 25900 block Brownsville Rd., Brownsville. Kenneth Gilfillan, 50, of Brownsville, arrested for DUII, reckless driving. He was cited and released at hospital. Report taken.

1:23 a.m. – Julianne Phillips, 32, of Albany, cited for DWS, failure to install ignition interlock device, and for AMC and LMC warrants, Hiatt/Berry.

8:21 a.m. – Stephen Scantlin, 53, of Lebanon, cited on warrants, 1500 block E. Grant. Report taken.

11:58 a.m. – Daniel Looper, 52, of Lebanon, cited on warrant, 500 block Cascade. Report taken.

 

June 18

Sweet Home Police

6:53 a.m. – Caller reported dog barking all night in 3200 block Main. Officer contacted owner who was warned for dog at large, dog as public nuisance.

9:30 a.m. – Caller from Sweet Home Library, 1101 13th, reported that Joshua K. Leslie had exposed himself to staff members. Leslie trespassed from library and parking lot for 90 days.

11:17 a.m. – Caller reported that male was “back” by the city parking lot across from library. Officer responded and reminded male to stay off parking lot, to stay out of bus stop and to clean up his litter.

11:21 a.m. – Caller reported Chevy pickup full of scrap metal parked on street for a week in 1100 block Ironwood. Referred to code enforcement.

11:34 a.m. – Citizen reported finding wallet that fell off vehicle in area of 13th/Main. Placed in property at SHPD.

3:57 p.m. – Caller reported male left bicycle tires and wheels behind Mr. Lucky’s Deli, 1207 Long. Officer seized items for safekeeping.

4:02 p.m. – Amber Dawn Barton, 47, cited for DWS, DU. 12th/Poplar.

5:07 p.m. – Crash reported in area of Long/40th. Vehicle, a 2014 Nissan Altima, was completely in the ditch. Operator Caleb Pelletier, 29, and 3-year-old child, who was in a car seat in the rear,  transported by medics to SLCH. According to SHPD, driver may have experienced a “medical event.” Vehicle towed.

5:14 p.m. – Caller from 1400 block 47th reported neighbors burning unknown materials over course of several days. Officer responded, educated neighbors on city ordinances. They put fire out.

6:06 p.m. – Jesse Marsh, 64, cited for DWS, 1300 block Main.

 

Lebanon Police

8:56 a.m. – Alfredo Raul Hernandez Villegas, 19, taken into custody for trespassing.

10:29 a.m. – Caller reported neighbor Dennis Stoneman playing electric guitar excessively loud and, when confronted, he stated “keep harassing me, b**ch.” His phone’s dBA reader indicated decibels at 64-68 dBA. Lebanon ordinance limits to 50-60 dBA. Neighbor doesn’t feel safe. Stoneman trespassed from neighbor’s property, and neighbor, only identified as Kay, trespassed from Stoneman property.

10:41 a.m. – Amber Attebery, 39, cited for no seatbelt.

11:07 a.m. – Dolores Contreras-Vasquez, 43, cited for no valid license.

1:11 p.m. – Kasha Carper, 39, cited on LMC warrant for FTA – theft II and Douglas County Circuit Court warrant for FTA – unauthorized use of a vehicle.

1:18 p.m. – Jasmine Bowman, 34, cited for DWS.

1:25 p.m. – Solana Sanchez, 20, cited for cell phone use.

2:07 p.m. – Wallet last seen while at Duffy’s. Someone attempted to use a card in his wallet at Oak Street Market. Suspect identified. Report taken.

2:49 p.m. – Victoria Smith taken into custody for theft II and trespass II after taking a cart from Walmart. Report taken.

3:19 p.m. – Suspect, identified only as Arroyo, in earlier wallet case stole items from Oak Street Market. Arroyo trespassed for life from Oak Street Market, Blue Flame/Grampa’s Grocery and Chevron South. Report taken.

3:36 p.m. – Josiah Borntrager, 18, cited for no seatbelt.

3:48 p.m. – Tracy Ward, 63, cited for FTOTCD.

4:28 p.m. – Subject offered dabs to female who believed it was laced; drug tests show she tested positive for meth.

5:12 p.m. – Joshua Mark Lott, 37, cited for DWS.

5:36 p.m. – Subject trying to pawn firearm reported as stolen out of Sweet Home. Firearm recovered.

5:55 p.m. – High school student reported being assaulted, kicked and punched eight times.

6:56 p.m. – Complaint about black Dodge Charger honking, air horn.

7:21 p.m. – Complaint about black Dodge Charger with three young boys in the bed. Driver swerving for fun.

7:59 p.m. – Motorcycle driver lost control in gravel, crashed into school’s storage building.

11:05 p.m. – Juveniles at McDonald’s made mess and urinated on bathroom walls.

12:19 p.m. – Lisa Child, 39, of Sweet Home, cited for DU, 1200 block 18th.

12:55 p.m. – Amie Ferdani, 46, of Sweet Home, cited for DWS, DU, 44000 block Wiley Creek.

1:04 p.m. – Caller reported estranged family member showed up at work site in 40000 block Crawfordsville Dr., demanding money and threatening violence if not given money. Investigation continuing.

2:22 p.m. – Crash reported in 48300 block Quartzville. According to LCSO, juvenile female operator was driving when tires veered off blacktop onto gravel and she over-corrected and rolled the vehicle. She and passenger both uninjured. Report taken.

6:34 p.m. – Phone found outside Sweet Home city limits was turned into SHPD, then transferred to LCSO and lodged in found property. Report taken.

7:23 p.m. – Motorcycle crash reported in area of Pleasant Valley/McDowell Creek. By time deputy arrived, motorcycle had been removed and LCSO was unable to contact rider.

 

LCSO/OSP Lebanon

8:20 a.m. – Lebanon police and LCSO took kids fishing at McDowell Creek Park.

8:23 a.m. – Caller complained about encroaching blackberry bushes from neighbor’s property.

100 block Alder.

1:13 p.m. – Caller reported she received three used iPads in the mail that she did not order. 100 block Oak Lane. She wanted advice on how to handle.

1:37 p.m. – Crash reported in 30000 block Fairview. Single vehicle into tree. Operator transported to hospital. Further details not immediately available. Report taken.

1:48 p.m. – Crash reported in 32600 block Berlin. Single vehicle into tree. Operator transported to hospital. Further details not immediately available.

 

June 17

Sweet Home Police

3:16 a.m. – Traffic stop at 4950 block Mountain Fir. Amanda Dawn Teoli, 50, arrested on AMC warrant for FTC in contempt of court case. Cited and released. Vehicle operator Alexander Worrell cited for DWS, DU. Cited and released.

7:22 a.m. – Caller from area of 41st/Lily reported car previously reported was still parked at location. Officer posted vehicle for removal.

3:04 p.m. – William E. Brinton, 61, arrested on LMC warrant in criminal citation case, 1530 Tamarack, after caller reported male stole transmission from him. Investigation continuing. Cited and released.

3:42 p.m. – Citizen visited SHPD to report dogs barking in parking lot in 2000 block Main. Officer contacted female, who was warned.

5:50 p.m. – Citizen visited SHPD to report alcohol stolen by juveniles from Hilltop Market, 4824 Main, two days previously. Officer took report for theft III.

6:52 p.m. – Caller reported possible abuse occurring in 1200 block 55th. Officer responded, learned female had been hit with bag of frozen hamburgers. Report taken for disturbance.

7:28 p.m. – Chris Lorraine Reigstad, 49, arrested for criminal driving (revoked driver’s license), SHMC warrant in criminal driving case, LMC warrant for FTA in criminal citation case, AMC warrant for contempt of court, and LCJC warrant for criminal driving, 1980 Main. Cited and released.

8:36 p.m. – Jade Amasa Waldon, 26, arrested on SHMC warrant in theft case, Jackson  County Circuit Court warrants for FTA in DWS and DUII cases. 1200 block 38th. Lodged at LCJ.

10:10 p.m. – Caller reported finding knife in SHPD parking lot on June 13. Officer placed item in property.

Lebanon Police

12:03 a.m. – Deborah Lynn Vicrey, 70, cited on LCCC and Benton County Circuit Court warrants.

12:14 p.m. – Joshua Matthew Shoat, 56, cited on LMC warrant for FTA and LCCC warrant for FTA – possession of cocaine.

1:44 p.m. – Ceramic gnome thrown at door, signs damaged and other mischief, 1900 block S 2nd St. Probable cause found for juvenile suspect for criminal mischief II x2, criminal mischief III and criminal trespassing.

3:04 p.m. – Whitney Reen Montgomery, 39, cited on LMC warrant for PV.

3:43 p.m. – Cipriano Parra Rodriguez, 38, cited on LMC warrant for PV.

6:13 p.m. – Theft of tool box, fishing supplies and other items from unlocked car, 800 block S Main St. Loss: $500.

 

LCSO/OSP Sweet Home/S. County

2:34 p.m. – Kyle Richards, 33, of Sweet Home, arrested on outstanding warrant following minor, non-reportable crash in 27600 block Fern Ridge.  Report taken.

5:55 p.m. – David Clinton Fox, 57, of Sweet Home, arrested on federal warrant, felon in possession of firearm and possession of controlled substance, 25100 block Brush Creek. Lodged at LCJ. Report taken.

9:03 p.m. – OSP responded to Main/Park in Brownsville to disturbance, because LCSO was involved in another matter (see above). Carter Launa, 19, of Brownsville, arrested for assault IV, disorderly conduct II. Lodged at LCJ.

 

LCSO/OSP Lebanon

7:04 a.m. – Wounded deer reported in 37400 block Sodaville Cutoff. Deputy dispatched it.

10:34 a.m. – Caller reported potential fraud that occurred between 2004 and 2007. Investigation ongoing. 34000 block East Lacomb.

1:47 p.m. – LCSO responded to suicidal female suffering from mental health crisis. She was voluntarily transported to hospital. 30500 block Ty Valley.

2:41 p.m. – Caller reported someone tried to break into storage unit at Storage Depot, 36600 block Hwy. 34. Report taken for criminal mischief.

6:48 p.m. – Anthony Vestal, 49, of Sweet Home, cited on LMC warrant, 39600 block Lacomb.  Report taken.

 

June 16

 

Sweet Home Police

4:46 a.m. – Daniel Joseph Maurice, 60, arrested by Salem police on SHMC warrant for FTA in criminal driving case. Cited to appear July 8.

5:49 a.m. – Caller reported two males and a female stole her bike from garage in 1400 block Nandina. Bike described as maroon-colored Schwinn. Approximate value $100. Officer responded, report taken for theft II. Investigation ongoing.

6:53 a.m. – Caller from 1200 block 49th reported neighbor using chainsaw before 7 a.m.  Officer contacted both parties. Neighbor advised of city ordinance and will comply in future.

10:08 a.m. – Jeremiah Paul Pifer, 44, arrested after he turned himself in at SHPD, 1950 Main, on LCCC warrant for felon in possession of weapon. Cited and released.

12:58 p.m. – Caller from Thriftway, 621 Main, reported female who had been trespassed continued to return to location. Officer took report for criminal trespass II.

1:27 p.m. – Steven Kenneth Stitt, 41, arrested by LCSO on SHMC warrant for FTA in contempt of court case. Cited to appear July 8.

5:35 p.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow arrested on SHMC warrant for FTA in trespassing case, SHPD Temporary Shelter, 1950 Main. Burrow was later arrested for criminal trespass II, also at the shelter. Cited and released.

6:42 p.m. – Caller reported male with dementia had left in vehicle, stating he was going to woods, 1000 block 29th.  Officer located male, who was reunited with caller.

8:50 p.m. – Caller from 1500 block Tamarack reported his air conditioning was stolen from his residence/ OFficer responded, report taken for theft II. Approximate value $100.

 

Lebanon Police

1:24 a.m. – Damage to bicycle wheel while owner was working out inside gym, during which time some juveniles banged on the window, 2200 block S Main Rd. Damage/Loss: $128.

2:07 a.m. – Juveniles banging on someone’s door, 1900 block S 2nd St. Three juveniles contacted and taken home, admitted to damaging wheel.

4:27 a.m. – SHPD notified LPD about motorcycle driver speeding (100 mph), eluding, heading to Lebanon.

4:34 a.m. – Motorcycle driver speeding (98 mph), FTOTCD, eluding, River Road. LCSO have it stopped near Sweet Home. Devin Robbie Ward, 29, cited on LJC warrant for PV. Bike impounded, driver arrested on Lebanon’s probable cause of eluding, reckless driving.

9:23 a.m. – Anna Miller, 21, cited for cell phone use.

9:48 a.m. – Christelle Chiaki Louise Slingluff, 55, cited for speeding 38/25.

5:00 p.m. – Driver smoked from a meth pipe, then blew “meth smoke” at drive-up window employee at Taco Bell.

4:51 a.m. – Deputies intercepted fleeing suspect from Lebanon in area of Pleasant Valley/Red Baron. Devin Robbie Ward, 29, arrested for reckless driving and eluding. Lodged at LCJ. Motorcycle was towed. Report taken.

9:26 a.m. – Deputy removed deceased dog from roadway in 32000 block Hwy. 228, Halsey. Dog was microchipped, but the chip was not registered and the dog had no collar. Transported to Animal Control for disposal.

5:58 p.m. – Crash reported in 46200 block Quartzville. Deputies determined vehicle was going too fast and flipped. Minor injury. Report taken.

4:15 p.m .- Brady Elliott, 20, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 40/25, 30700 block Sodaville.

4:38 p.m. – Damian Sisemore, 30, of Albany, cited for FTOTCD, 30900 block Sodaville.

7:01 p.m. – Juvenile arrested and taken to detention after report of domestic disturbance in 39300 block River Dr. Report taken.

Sweet Home Police

1:14 a.m. – Caller reported someone attempted to enter her house in 4200 block Main, and when confronted, stated they had gone to the wrong house. Officer contacts male and female, who said they had gone to wrong house. They were trespassed.

9:08 a.m. – Caller reported “malnourished” stray dog at Northside Park, 1712 11th. Dog was reunited with its owner, who was warned for violation.

9:51 a.m. – Caller reported abandoned motorhome in 800 block 6th. Vehicle posted for removal within 48 hours.

10:49 a.m. – Caller from city Public Works reported theft of services, stolen water meter, in 900 block 1st. Officer responded, report taken for theft of services. Investigation continuing.

3:37 p.m. – Caller reported vehicle parked in middle of street in 300 block Juniper. Officer contacted vehicle owner, who had run out of gas.

7:09 p.m. – Caller reported hit and run in 4600 block Kalmia. Fenced had been struck earlier in day. Report taken, investigation continuing.

9:20 p.m. – Caller reported they were attacked by group of dogs in 700 block 9th. Officer contacted parties involved. No puncture wounds, so no need for quarantine order.

12:10 a.m. – Theft of car seat from porch, 300 block W Sherman St.

7:18 a.m. – Officer responded to call for domestic disturbance, 2200 block S Santiam Hwy. One male grabbed a tree branch, the other took his shirt off. Just an argument when one guy said he was going to smoke dope there; he left.

8:19 a.m. – Juveniles stealing copper from abandoned house on Brewster Rd.

1:53 p.m. – Monte Brian Morehouse, 46, cited for DWS and fail to install IID.

4:13 p.m. – Kimberly Michelle Hopper, 42, cited on LMC warrant for FTA. Car impounded.

5:08 p.m. – Theft of wagon and shopping cart from Lebanon Gleaners.

7:48 p.m. – Female hunched over for 15 minutes. Officer found her leaning over in what appeared to be an attempt to touch her toes. She “revived from her trance” when he approached, and told him she had low blood sugar.

7:53 p.m. – Smell in shared garbage can led to discovery of bag full of dead guinea pigs, 200 block Jennings St.

7:57 p.m. – Tires slashed, 3000 block S 8th St.

8:01 p.m. – Two umpires threatened by coaches for being thrown out of a game after not liking a call one of the umpires made and threatening to “beat their a**.”

8:35 p.m. – Rylee Jean Watts, 21, cited on LMC warrant for PV, AMC warrant for FTA – hit and run, and Benton County Circuit Court warrant for FTA – unauthorized entry into vehicle, unlawful possession of meth.

1:00 p.m. – Caller reported campers in Pioneer Park overstaying camping limits, 200 W. Park. Campers were advised to leave the area.

2:25 p.m .- Deputy took report of runaway child, then located the child in the Sweet Home area, 28500 block Hwy. 20.

3:12 p.m. – Katie Hayes, 32, of Salem, arrested for DUII (BAC .29) and cited for open container. Caller had reported Hayes’ vehicle lodged on boulder at exit of Pioneer Park, Park/Fisher, Brownsville.

4:33 p.m .- Kari Beckner, 30, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 74/55, 27700 block Hwy. 20.

7:57 p.m. – Deputy responded to report of intoxicated juvenile at Foster Lake, North River/Quartzville. Deputy located and determined that the juvenile has speech impairment.

8:54 p.m. – Caller reported son’s wallet missing in 33100 block Hwy. 228, Halsey. Last seen at local business. Report taken for theft.

 

LCSO/OSP Lebanon

12:02 a.m .- Nicklaus Glasser, 36, of Lebanon, arrested on two outstanding warrants. 1500 Main. Cite and released. Report taken.

1:18 p.m. – Hit and run reported in 28900 block Sodaville Mountain Home. Deputy took report of damage to field fence.

5:13 p.m. – Deputies conducted traffic control as Lebanon Fire District battled field fire, 35900 block KGAL.

10:22 p.m .- Deputies responded to crash involving two vehicles in area of Sand Ridge/Rock Hill. Non-injury. One vehicle did not remain at scene. Report taken.
