At their July 14 meeting, Linn County Commissioners Roger Nyquist, Sherrie Sprenger and Will Tucker welcomed news that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration have redefined the definition of the word “harm” in the Endangered Species Act.
The 53-page ruling was announced on Friday and was published in the federal record on Tuesday, July 14.
