At their Sept. 29 meeting, Commissioners Roger Nyquist and Will Tucker gave final approval to Linn County Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map amendments, allowing expansion of Mill City’s Urban Growth Boundary by 13.43 acres.
Mill City will add 1.18 acres to its residential plan designation and move 10.15 acres into a public designation including 2.10 acres of southeast Fairview Street right-of-way into its Urban Growth Boundary.
