Abraham Johnathan Howser, 64, a former Sweet Home resident, died June 12, 2006, in Oklahoma.
Mr. Howser was born Feb. 24, 1942 to Ray John and Birdie Mae Howser in Oklahoma City.
He served in the Army in the 1970s, then became a carpenter. He and his family moved to Sweet Home in 1989, then to Lebanon in 1998. He moved to Oklahoma in 2000.
He loved gold panning, fishing and camping.
Mr. Howser is survived by his wife, Loyal; daughters, Tammi Howser, Beatrice Howser, Pam Parsons, Kristinia and son-in-law John Booker, and Lisa and son-in-law Dale Fisk; sons Mike and daughter-in-law Judy Howser, Mark and daughter-in-law Sandy Hadley and Jeff and daughter-in-law Marie Hadley; brothers Paul, Robert and Bill Howser; and sister Carolyn Howser; 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
