Adam John Kolka, 35, of Sweet Home died Oct. 27, 2014.
He was born Dec. 19, 1978 in Lebanon to Jerald and Karen (Stalford) Kolka.
Mr. Kolka lived in Sweet Home all his life. He worked as a handyman, doing landscaping and construction projects .He enjoyed all types of fishing, camping and being in the outdoors. He collected coins and enjoyed hanging out with his friends.
Mr. Kolka is survived by his parents, Jerald and Karen Kolka of Sweet Home; brother Joe Kolka of Sweet Home; sisters Katrina and brother-in-law Kevin Morehead of Lebanon, and Lisa Kolka and brother-in-law James Massey of Sweet Home; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews in the local area.
A reception was held Nov. 2 at his parents’ home. The family asks that donations be made to Sweet Home Funeral Chapel to help with the cost of funeral expenses.
