Alice Marlene Danielson, 67, passed away quietly on Oct. 7, 2018 at River Bend Hospital in Springfield after a several-year battle with C.O.P.D.
She was born June 9, 1951 in Lebanon to Orlen and Osie Danielson of Sweet Home.
She graduated from Sweet Home High School, and married Wayne Grant of Brownsville in 1970, where she worked as a hair dresser. The couple had a daughter, Darci, and a son, Daniel.
After a divorce in 1981, Alice moved to the Eugene area with her second husband, Floyd Carter of Brownsville, where they lived until his passing in 2010.
Both were long-time members of Eugene Saturday Market, operating as Floyd’s Woodworking.
Alice is survived by her daughter, Darci; granddaughters Darien and Sharon, grandson Machlin; son Daniel; and grandsons Hunter and Robbie.
She is loved and will be missed.
A service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, at Fir Lawn Lutheran Church in Sweet Home.
