Alice May Thogmartin Folsom, 52, of Lebanon died Thursday, Nov. 24, 2005 at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital.
She was born on April 20, 1953 to Milard Fillmore Siry and Erma McCormick Smith in Washington state.
She is survived by her husband Robert of Lebanon; brother James Clark of Sweet Home; sister Christine Canida of Crescent City; daughter Samantha Beavers of Lebanon; son Reese Clark of Lebanon; and five grandchildren.
No funeral was held Workman & Steckly Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements.
