Sweet Home AMVETs and auxiliary members received awards during a state convention held May 31 and June 1 in Portland.
Tim Delano, Post 13 commander for the last four and a half years, received the trophy for “Post of the Year.”
Linda Delano, auxiliary president for the past four years, receivd the honor of “Woman of the Year.”
Corinee Fritts received the award for “Mother of the Year.”
