The Sweet Home Rotary Club is sending Amy Paul, a 2001 graduate of the University of Portland to Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, where she will attend the Cordon Bleu school in gourmet cooking.
Paul is a 1997 graduate of Sweet Home High School. She was co-valedictorian. She graduated from the University of Portland Magna Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.86 and has worked for Boeing since then.
