Foster Dam Road will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, to allow removal of the old fish weir from the dam spillway.
The road will then be closed Tuesday, Feb. 13, and possibly on Feb. 14, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to allow divers to install underwater antennas on the dam.
