Preservers
Community
members are invited to become certified volunteer Master Food
Preservers this spring.
Applications
are being accepted by OSU Extension Service now.
The
eight-week training (one day a week) will begin in April. Volunteer
duties include assisting with community food preservation classes and
staffing information tables at farmers markets and community events
throughout the upcoming food preservation season.
