Church seminar on estate planning

Sweet Home Evangelical Church will host a Decision Tree of Aging seminar at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 5, at 1347 Long St.

The Decision Tree is a comprehensive look at the necessary pieces of planning for one to have their voice to the end so that their decisions and plans play out for the benefit of senior citizens and their family members. It is not an estate planning presentation just for senior citizens.

There are actions you can take today that will guide decisions that will be made later. You can either make these decisions or others will make them for you. The more you plan, the more you decide instead of others.

The seminar will be presented by Mark A. Duhrkoop. There is no charge for this event, although donations made towards the time and expense of the presenter would be appreciated.

For more information, contact the Sweet Home Evangelical Church at (541) 367-4357.
