Free class on health with whole foods

Samaritan Health Services offers a free health and wellness seminar on “Building Resilience with Whole Foods” from 12:15 to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14.

What you choose to eat can affect your immune system and how well it responds to disease.

Proper nutrition, exercise and restorative sleep are imperative for preventing and fighting off illness.

Participants in the free virtual seminar led by Dr. Michelle Eckroth of Samaritan Heartspring Wellness Center, and discover how wise choices can boost your immune system and improve your physical and mental well-being.
