Halloween Costume Run
Lebanon Downtown Association hosts a “Halloween Hustle” 5K run/walk on Saturday, Oct. 28, at 9am Dress in your favorite costume. Registration starts at 8 a.m. at the “Holiday Station” at Ralston Park. Entry fee is $15; first 50 registrants receive a free pair of Halloween socks. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes.
Lebanon’s Downtown Trick or Treat
Downtown trick-or-treating will be held Saturday, Oct. 28, from 11am to 2pm. Adults and children are invited to wear their best costumes and trick-or-treat the downtown corridor. A costume contest will be held at 1pm at Strawberry Plaza.
Trunk or Treat
The Oregon Veterans Home invites children to its parking lot Trunk or Treat on Saturday, Oct. 28, from 3-5pm, 600 N 5th St. Event parking is available at Pioneer Elementary School.
Zombie Dodgeball
King’s Chapel will host Zombie Dodgeball on Tuesday, Oct. 31, from 8-9:30pm at Lebanon High School’s big gym, 1700 S 5th St. The event for sixth thru 12th graders will be a safe space for teenagers to go during Halloween. Cash for Candy
Local dentist takes a stand against sweets this Halloween. Nov. 1, from 9am – 4pm, Adam Kirkpatrick Family Dentistry, 270 South Main St, Dr Kirkpatrick will be buying candy for $3 a pound in hopes to reduce gingivitis and tooth decay.
Linn County Arts Guild
Nov. 1 – Dec. 24, 11am – 5pm Tues-Sat, many local artists offering handcrafted Linn County items at Sun Lane Stones in Lebanon.
Pawsome art show
Faithful Friends Animal Clinic presents its eighth annual pet-themed art show during the month of November, 185 N Santiam Hwy. The original works of art must be hang-ready and not exceed 20” x 24.” Entries must be submitted to the clinic by Nov. 1. No entry fee for youth; donations requested for adult entries. One entry per person. The public may vote for their favorite works; prizes will be awarded to the winners. Proceeds benefit Paws Assisting Veterans, a non-profit providing service dogs to veterans.
First Friday: Chili Cook-Off
Lebanon Downtown Association’s First Friday event for Nov. 3 is a Chili Cook-Off from 5 to 7:30pm at participating merchants in the downtown corridor.
Warm up with the best chili recipes from the community’s finest cooks. Even if you’re not competing, come and taste the delightful range of flavors. The night promises chili tasting from multiple contestants, special deals and offers from local businesses, live music and entertainment, a family-friendly atmosphere with activities for kids.

Bates Berry Farm: Thursday, Nov. 2, from 4-7pm, and Friday-Saturday, Nov. 3-4, from 9am – 5pm The Old Bates Berry Farm Barn will have handcrafted treasures and gifts, scented soy candles, antiques, collectibles and more. Located at 38021 Weirich Drive.
FISH Harvest Bazaar: Friday, Nov. 3, from 9am. to 6pm., and Saturday, Nov. 4, from 9am to 4pm New Hope Church will host a harvest bazaar as a fundraiser for the local FISH. There will be multiple vendors, and a soup and pie luncheon. Located at Gore Road and Hwy 20.
Holiday Craft Bazaar: Friday-Saturday, Nov. 3-4, from 9am to 4pm Santiam Place Event Hall hosts local crafters with handmade items, products, gifts and services. Located at 139 S Main St.
St. Edward Bazaar & Country Store: Friday, Nov. 3, from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday, Nov. 4, from 9am to 4pm St. Edward Catholic Church will host a bazaar with baked goods, holiday and home decor, crafts, and themed basket raffles. Lunch will be provided from 11am to 2pm Located at 100 S Main St.

Ag Expo
