Arravillia “Billie” Ann Barnard, 85, of Sweet Home, died April 9, 2022.
She was born April 7, 1937 in Brainerd, Minn., to Carl and Charlotte Hartman, the youngest of three children. Her family moved to Oregon in 1937 when she was about 6 months old.
